AMITABH SHARMA APPOINTED FINANCE DIRECTOR AND COMPANY SECRETARY

Ami Sharma ACA (38), has been appointed Finance Director and Company Secretary of Gibbs and Dandy plc with effect from 28 September 2005.
Ami Sharma is currently Group Financial Controller at Ultra Electronics, which he joined in 1999,and he is based at their corporate centre in Greenford, Middlesex. He previously worked in the London Office of KPMG and qualified in 1993.
Christopher Roshier, Chairman, said “I am delighted that Ami Sharma is joining the board of Gibbs and Dandy at this exciting stage of the company’s development. I have no doubt that he will be able to make a major contribution to the company as a key member of the management team. We all look forward to working with him.”
