Helen Gratwick-Wells from Blore-Bowron in Leighton Buzzard has claimed our September Premier Manager of the Month award with a winning total of 326 points. Portsmouth’s great start to the season helped Helen’s Allstars to top the league, with no less than three of their players in her squad. Top performer was Portsmouth’s David James (38 points), while teammates Linvoy Primus and Matthew Taylor also made a solid contribution. Man United’s Cristiano Ronaldo (37 points) was in fine form, while Chelsea’s John Terry and Villa’s Olof Mellberg also turned out to be inspired choices.
Helen was presented with a bottle of Marc Hebrart premier cru champagne, specially selected from the Wine Society, and a Manager of the Month certificate. She is now hoping that her team can do the business in October- we will keep you posted on this website.
