GIBBS AND DANDY MOVES INTO LEICESTERSHIRE

Gibbs and Dandy plc has strengthened its presence in the South Midlands by acquiring Carson Fletcher Timber Limited, a single-branch timber merchant based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.
Gibbs and Dandy already has three branches in the South Midlands, a region where future growth is forecast. The Directors believe that Market Harborough is a good strategic fit with the Company’s existing branches in Northamptonshire. This latest acquisition brings the company's total number of branches to eleven.
