We are pleased to advise that we are seeking to develop our Branch Network and we are currently interested in applications for a suitably qualified and experienced Branch Managers to join our Branch Management team across the Thames Valley region.

To be a Gibbs & Dandy Branch Manager you must demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff to ensure sales and productivity targets are met and the highest standards of service are upheld. A leader and coach, you will be able to point to achievements in setting the highest standards in branch selling, merchandising, health and safety and performance management.

You must therefore be commercially minded with a good knowledge of warehouse, logistics, administrative, HR and health & safety procedures. Most of all, you will share our 100% dedication to delivering excellent customer service. Both roles require experience in branch management within a busy generalist merchants business. The role in Maidenhead has been identified to suceed the current Branch Manager who is due to retire in 2012.
