The H+H Celcon High Strength Block 440 x 215 x 100mm (L x W x T), is an aircrete block manufactured from sand, pulverised fuel ash, cement, lime and water. The product weighs 14kg making it easy to cut and use by all masonry workers. The block is water penetration and frost resistant. The aircrete block supports up to 4 storeys without a structural frame and has excellent thermal insulation as the product comes with thermal conductivity of 0.18 W/mK which reduces the amount of additional insulation. Achieves 40dB sound insulation for internal partition walls and satisfies Part E of the Building Regulations by Pre-Completion Testing or Robust Detail methods of compliance. The foundation block conforms to BBA approval, BS EN ISO 9001, BS EN ISO 14001. Also, it' has been accredited with BS EN 16001 for energy efficiency, BSI kitemark for energy reduction validation.
