Sandtex Trade Stabilising Solution 5 Litres Clear, is a highly penetrative, solvent-based solution. It is used mostly on exterior masonry surfaces and exterior grade building boards. It controls suction on undecorated areas and treats chalking, weathered as well as in porous surfaces. With one coat application, that can cover up to 16m2 per litre of area. Touch dry takes 2-3 hours, with a recoat of 16 hours.
