If you've been into one of our branches and have your own trade prices set up in your local branch, then you have a Gibbs & Dandy account! To use your account online and get the same great prices on our website that you get in-store, all you need is your account number, which is found on any statements or invoices from us, and you can link it as you register online.
Register for a web login. It takes less than 2 minutes and is active immediately.
You'll have an opportunity to enter your account number and your in-branch account and web login will be linked, meaning you'll get your personalised prices online too!
If you've already got a web login but also have a seperate account in your local branch, don't worry! We can link these up in two easy steps.

In the 'My Account' area, click 'Link a Gibbs & Dandy Account' and fill in your account details.

Please note that Gibbs & Dandy credit account balance information is updated every 24 hours. If you make more than one purchases in a 24-hour period against your credit account, available credit shown to you may not be updated to reflect your first purchase.
You can make a payment to your account online by signing into the 'My Account' area, and clicking on 'Make an account payment'.

Prices quoted online are applicable to the quantity specified at the time of placing an order. Prices apply to the UK mainland and exclude the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Islands and Remote Areas. If purchasing from branches outside our standard delivery areas they will notify you of any variance on price before confirming your order.
The great thing about delivery is that once you've placed your order you can just sit back and relax and let us do all the hard work!
Place your order before 12pm (Monday - Friday) for next day delivery. If for any reason there's a problem or delay with your order, we will call you as soon as we can before your delivery date.
There is no fee when placing a click and collect order.

If your order is being delivered by a branch, you will be contacted on the day of your delivery with a time slot. This will usually be via text message. If you have not received a text, or simply want more information about your delivery, please contact the branch that you placed your order with.
If your order is being delivered directly from a supplier, and you haven't received information about your delivery on the morning that the delivery is expected, please call Customer Services on 02475 261 268.

Yes, if delivery is not for you, or you're only ordering something small, you can collect your website order yourself from a Gibbs & Dandy branch. To do this, when placing your order on our website please choose this option when adding products to your basket. Simply select the branch you would prefer to collect from or the one most convenient to your location.
Your order will be available to collect in branch 3 hours when ordered before 1pm on a working day. Orders taken after 1pm will be available to collect the next working day. If you make the order on a day the branch is closed (i.e. a Sunday or Bank Holiday), please allow a couple of hours before coming into the branch to collect on the next working day.
Uncollected Click & Collect orders will be placed back into general stock if not collected after 7 days. You're still able to come in and pick it up whenever suits you, but we can't guarantee that the item/s is still available.
If you decide that you don't need the order anymore, please contact the Customer Services Team on 02475 261 268 to request a refund.
Yes you can, Gibbs & Dandy has a generous returns policy. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it and get a full refund!

Please take Click & Collect items to the sales counter of your collection branch with the original invoice and we can arrange a credit or refund. Due to our new ways of working, we would recommend you call your local branch before travelling there. Find the details of your local branch.
Please take your items to the sales counter of your delivery branch with the original invoice and we can arrange a credit or refund.
For delivered items which are too large for you to bring in yourself, please contact the branch to arrange a convenient collection from your site. Once these items have been collected, we can issue a credit or a refund. For the collection of items from site collection, restocking charges may apply. Branch staff will confirm changes when the collection is arranged.
